Curtis mentions Scott's name when he talks to Lilly over the radio.
Rest In Peace
Scott appears with the rest of Sanctum when they trap Vince's group at a junction. He is initially positioned on a rooftop but Vince's gunfire forces him to back down. Annie, Bonnie and Wyatt spot him as he crosses a street and the last of the three knocks him unconscious before he sees them. He is unconscious as the herd passes over the town so it can be assumed he was eaten while knocked out.
